What is the difference between revenue leakage and revenue opportunities?

Revenue leakage is revenue that is lost or unnecessarily leaves your revenue chain — abandoned checkouts, failed payments, refunds that could have been exchanges, failed deliveries. Revenue opportunities are revenue you are not yet generating, such as win-back, repeat purchases and upsells. We quantify both separately, because they are not the same thing.

How is the calculator different from the Revenue Audit?

The calculator gives an indicative estimate based on general assumptions, and its categories can overlap. The Revenue Audit analyses your store's actual data to determine what is really there — and what is realistically recoverable.

What happens after I request a Revenue Audit?

We schedule a short introduction to understand your store, markets and stack. We then connect to the data the audit needs, analyse it and present the leakage, opportunities and recoverable range per category — with a proposal for which recovery agents to activate first.

Which platforms do you support?

Accepted Answer

We are building for Shopify and WooCommerce, and payment providers such as Stripe, Mollie, Adyen and Klarna. These integrations are planned and not yet generally available. Where a direct integration is not available, the Revenue Audit can be based on data exports from your platforms.

How do you measure recovered revenue?

Accepted Answer

We only count revenue that can be attributed to a specific recovery action — for example a completed payment after a payment-recovery message, or an exchange accepted instead of a refund. Attribution rules are agreed up front and every recovered order is visible in your reporting. Our 15% fee is calculated on this verified recovered revenue only.

What does Encoro cost?

Encoro takes 15% of verified revenue actually recovered. There is nothing to pay upfront, no setup fee and no monthly subscription — and if we recover nothing, you pay nothing. The fee never applies to potential revenue, estimated opportunity, identified leakage or recoverable revenue. Example: €1,000 recovered → €150 Encoro fee → €850 kept by you.

How does refund recovery work?

Refund Recovery is one of our agents. When a customer requests a refund, it identifies the reason — for example a wrong size. If an exchange or store credit genuinely fits, it is offered alongside the refund. The customer always chooses, and the refund always remains available.

Can the AI issue refunds or change orders?

Accepted Answer

Only if you explicitly allow it. By default, agents do not issue refunds or change orders on their own. You decide which actions are automated, which require approval and which stay with your team.

Do you replace our existing ecommerce tools?

Accepted Answer

No. We work alongside your ecommerce platform, payment provider, email tooling and helpdesk, as a recovery layer on top of the stack you already have.

Is customer data secure?

The platform is designed around official API integrations, least-privilege access, encrypted connections and data minimisation. We don't claim certifications we haven't obtained — ask us about the current status of our security measures during the audit intake.
